TRANSFER AND OWNERSHIP

The procedure for transfer of ownership is as follows.Click here to download the transfer form .You are requested to fill up the transfer form and  obtain the necessary signatures in the prescribed columns and send it to us along with the original KCI Registration Certificate. The fee for transfer of ownership is Rs.100/-, and if you to have the certificate sent to you by registered post, you are requested to add a further sum of Rs.30/-. The demand draft must be taken in favour of the 'Kennel Club of India', payable at Chennai.

   If you are not a subscriber of the `Indian Kennel Gazette', it is mandatory to subscribe for the same. Download the subscription form and the subscription fee is Rs.300/- per annum and Rs.550/- for 2 years. The Demand Draft must be taken in favour of the `Indian Kennel Gazette', payable at Chennai. On receipt of the same, we shall do the needful.

I.K.G.SUBCRIPTION

Download the subscription form from the Downloads Section which you are requested to fill it up and send it to us along with the Demand Draft  Rs.300/- addressed to the  `Indian Kennel Gazette', payable at Chennai which is for one year and Rs.550/- for two years.

SINGLE DOG UNKNOWN PARENTAGE

The procedure to register the dog is as follows. The dog can be registered with unknown parentage. Down load the Single Dog and Declaration Form. The dog must be certified by an authorised person. Click here to find a certifier and produce the dog before him and obtain his signature in the enclosed declaration form. 3 coloured photographs of the dog must be sent to us with the signature of the authorised person on the reverse of the photographs.
